Another bread recipe

By now, you will have find out that I love bread
Here is another new favorite of mine.

Egg-enriched White Loaf

(I have included the measurements for a bigger loaf in parenthesis)

1 Egg plus enough water to make 1 1/3 cup  (2 eggs plus enough water for 1 7/8 cup or 15 fl oz or 430ml)
2 tsp sugar (1 tbsp sugar)
1 tsp salt (1 1/2 salt)
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
4 1/2 cup flour (6 cups)
1 tsp yeast (1 1/2 tsp)

Add everything to breadmaker, basic setting and voila.

I have been making the dough in the bread machine though, and baking it in a bread pan. It is delicious!
I also have substituted some whole wheat flour for some white flour.

Enjoy!
