A couple of treasured recipes for breakfast

Here are some of my cherished breakfast recipes:

Copycat Cinnabon for the Bread machine

Oatmeal Cookie Pancake

Monkey Bread

1/2 cup milk
2 tbs. water
1 large egg
1 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 cups of flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2-4 tbsp melted butter

Put the first 7 ingredients in bread machine on the dough setting.
Once done, separate the dough in balls (about 20).
Dips the balls generously in 2-4 tbsp of melted butter, then in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Arrange the balls in a greased oven proof ring mold, or a bundt pan, in two overlapping layers.
Cover and let rise until doubled in size (30-45 min).
Bake at 375 for 25-30 min.
