Blueberry Recipes

We just went blueberry picking last MOnday and I've got blueberries in the fridge and the freezer. These are sooooo good for you!

I thought I'll share  a list of what I am planning to do with them:

Blueberry Cheesecake (I just made one yesterday - the recipe is shortcoming)

Blueberry muffins ( I am yet to post my 2 favorite ones)

Blueberry coffecake

Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cake

Blueberry Coffee Crumb Cake

Blueberry cobbler

They are really good to add to smoothies, fruits salads, cereals, even plain drinks.

Hope you got inspired . . .

  1. I have about 20 pounds of blueberries in my freezer. Between what my own bushes gave me and what I picked for free (all organic). My baby loves than and I have a feeling most will go to him. I give him a handful most every morning. I did make pancakes with some once and your recipes sound wonderful...especially the cheesecake...I should have been a Golden Girl:)
