  1. Have you ever tried Boiled Cider? It is an old, old custom from New England. It makes THE best apple pie ever! It is a dying custom but so worth keeping alive, I think! I'm going to try your sticky buns...sounds wonderful! Thanks!

Ingredients: Coffee Cake 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 large eggs 1/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup butter, softened 1 large apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced Streusel Topping 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons butter, chilled Direction: Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 9-inch round cake pan. In a small bowl combine flour and baking powder. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla in another small bowl. In a large mixing bowl combine sugar and butter; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. We just went blueberry picking last MOnday and I've got blueberries in the fridge and the freezer. These are sooooo good for you! My Very Own No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake

No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Ingredients: Filling: 12 oz cream cheese 2/3 cup sugar 1 cup sour cream 1 cup whipping cream 2 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 tbsp unflavored gelatin Crust: 1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup melted butter Topping: 2 1/2 cup blueberries 1 tbsp cornstartch 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1/8 cup water 1/4 cup sugar Instructions: Prepare crust: Mix together graham crackers, sugar and butter. Press firmly into a springform pan or pie dish. Refrigerate. Prepare filling: Put cream cheese in a mixing bowl over boiling water until slightly warm and soft. Soften unflavored gelatin over 2 Tbsp of warm milk. Beat sugar in the cream cheese (off the heat). Add in the gelatin and mix well until well mixed and well dissolved. Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add in the sour cream and whip for a few more minutes until well combined.
