Ingredients:
1 Tbs Chili (hot, or 2-4 of mild chili)
1 tsp Cumin
2 TBS Brown sugar
1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp Oregano
2 garlic
1 onion chopped
1 lb of ground beef
1 can diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
1 can Tomatoe sauce (15 oz)
1 can beans with juice (15 oz)
Preparation:
Brown groung beef with onion and garlic.
Add it to the crockpot with the rest of the ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve with Grated cheese.
