Pain au beure

This is a classic  Celebration bread from my home in Martinique, in the Carraibean.


500 g de farine ( 3  1/4-1/3)
1 sachet de levure de boulanger
125 g de beurre
1/2 verre de lait
2 oeufs
1 cuillère à café de sel
1 - 2 cuillère à café de sucre
1/2 verre d'eau


Put it all in the bread maker on dough circle. When ready divide into 3 long ropes and braid it.
